1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session date at least 5 days after the session to secure the date. The remaining balance is due before any content is provided.
2. Turnaround Time
Edited content will be delivered within 5-10 business days after the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Photo Delivery
All final images will be delivered digitally via a google doc or shared album. All unedited photos will be shared! You will send me the 15 included photos you want edited!
4. Usage Rights
Clients may use photos for personal use (e.g., social media, printing). AFP Media retains the copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. (Feel free to tag @afp.media.0 for any social media posts!)
5. Late Arrival
There is a grace period of 15 minutes for all sessions. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session time. Clients arriving over 30 minutes late without communication may forfeit their session.

1. Payment Terms
Full payment (100% of the total) is required before any final content is delivered. Work will not be released or published until payment is received in full.
2. Turnaround Time
Content will be delivered within 3-10 business days from the start date, unless otherwise discussed.
3. Revisions
Your package includes 1 free revision (unless otherwise discussed). Additional revisions will be billed $10 for each change.
4. Content Use
Final content is licensed for use on the client's social platforms and marketing channels. AFP Media retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Project Scope
All content and deliverables must be agreed upon before the project begins. Any changes to the scope may require a new quote or timeline adjustment.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued. If canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus a service fee.

1. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their session without penalty. A new date must be chosen within 30 days of the original session.
2. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
3. Weather/Illness
AFP Media reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness or emergency. In such cases, your deposit will be applied to the new date.
4. No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up with no communication will forfeit their deposit and must pay in full to book a new session.
